* Fixed misspelled "Units" on the Receipt page.
Harvesting

* Ticket Page - Contractor Rates moved to the Ticket Details tab. Contractor Rates tab was removed. Post backs were
removed when switching between tabs. UI was updated to use Bootstrap tabs. Removed old image based textboxes.
* Fixed land search bug in the Pre-Ticket Entry. No results would return when without Estimates.
* Added new "Default Ticket Quantity UOM" field to the Harvesting Controls page.
* Added new "Ticket Quantity UOM" field to the Ticket page in the details section.
