Job Calendar (from Menu and Job Schedule)

Objectives

• Job Calendar from Crop Care Menu

Overview

The Job Calendar will list jobs that are scheduled to be performed for the selected Barn by Block or Parcel.

• Barn Option limits records to land associated to selected barn.
• Block / Parcel displays land records by Block or Parcel
• Arrow (left and Right) - Move you backwards/Forward by a week
• Calendar Icon display calendar for selection of a date

• All Blocks/Parcels associated with the selected Barn will be listed down the left column.
• All Work Orders scheduled will be displayed. Color coded based on their status. 

• Hovering your mouse over a scheduled Work Order and the details will appear. 
• Clicking on the scheduled item will take you to the Work Order detail.
• The grey area around a work order indicates there is/was a Pre Harvest Interval (PHI) or a RE-Entry Interval (REI) in affect.

Job Calendar from Job Schedule

Once the Job Schedule has been created you can select the land and the date(s) for when the job will be scheduled.

Job Calendar default is VIEW mode.  This prevents any mistakes from being made due to clicking on the Calendar.

Click on UPDATE to Select the Land and the Dates for the Jobs.

Use the mouse to click on the date and Land to be scheduled. The Name of the Job will appear in the Calendar (Dry Fertilizer). Click Submit to create.

• At submit, this example will create 3 Work orders.  1 for Monday with 2 land records, and 1 each for Thurs and Friday.
• To change/remove the date selected, just click on the Job name while in Update mode.
