Inventory History

The Inventory History list will display the history of all items or only filtered information requested.

 The screen above displays the following information

• Barn – Barn associated with item

• Warehouse – Default warehouse

• Material – Material number and Name

• Container – Container size

• Reference – Reason for item quantity adjustment. Examples: Received from supplier, cycle count adjustment, increment, decrement or transfer

• Units – Amount adjustment either positive or negative

• Units - On Hand and Available – Amount physically located in the warehouse based on stored package size - Jugs, Bottles, bags.

• Quantity – Total amount of change (units X UOM Stock)

• Stock – On Hand and Available – Amount available in warehouse - Amount physically located in all warehouses

• UOM – Stock and Cost- Units of measure

• Cost – Cost of amount transferred or received

• User – User creating the record 

• Transaction – Date record was made
