Overview

The Schedule List summarizes the Jobs Schedules and displays the number of Daily Work Orders created and Percentage complete . This allows a user to limit the data to their specific barn or type of job. The schedule list is color coded to differentiate between scheduled and active work orders.

Understanding Selection Options and Icons

The Selection options allow you to locate the Job Schedule(s) faster.  The screen defaults to your associated barn and the current date.

Note: The default option of "Select" will display all records for that option.

When filtering you can use these selections to define your information

• Barn - Select a different barn than your default
• Status - Select the status of the Job you are searching for
• My Job - Select the type of Job you are searching for
• Schedule No - Enter the Schedule number you are looking for
• Category - Choose the Category.  This will preload if a ’My Job’ was selected.
• Scheduled By - Choose the User that created the Job.
• Type - Choose the Type .  This will preload if a ’My Job’ was selected.
• Time Line - Select the date range of the job(s)
• Job - Choose the Job type.  This will preload if a ’My Job’ was selected.

Icons

• Magnify Glass -  Preforms the search
• Print -  Allows selection of Printing the Job Schedule List or Exporting it to Excel.
• Globe -  Takes you to the Geo Spatial Viewer

Understanding Statuses

Job Schedule statuses:

• Scheduled = (Orange) No Work Orders exist
• Active = (Green) Work Orders now exist
• Closed = (White) All Work Orders completed and closed - Job Schedule must be manually closed

Understanding Schedule List gridview

Hovering over the Schedule Number will display a popup to allow you to Edit, delete, Close or Print the selected Job.

• Pencil - allows editing of the Job Schedule selected
• Open Folder - Closes the Job Schedule selected
• Printer - Prints the Job Schedule selected
• Red X - Deletes the Job Schedule selected

In the gridview you are able  to view information on work orders and scheduled and completed work orders by clicking on the links
