Job Schedule Overview

The Job schedule is optional to use but allows the user to see how they have schedule work easier.

  • The Job Schedule allows the user to assign by Blocks or by Parcels for the selected date range.
  • Select by a ’My Job’ Or Category/Type/Job (CTJ). This determines if materials need to be used (either via a BOM or manually entered).
  • The setup of the CTJ determines if it requires materials.
  • The Date fields are the time frame for the work. Actual dates will be assigned via the Job Calendar "See Job Calendar".
  • Land Area relates to the land associated to the selected barn.
  • Variety is optional but allows you to limit the Land selection to the ones that contains just that variery
  • By Parcel is optional and allows you to select the land at a more detail level

Once the selections are completed, this will flow to the Work Orders thus eliminating additional entry.

The Materials Option is displayed if the CTJ requires Materials.   This is to define what materials are to be used. They can be selected from a a predefinced Bill of Material (BOM) - see "Bill of Materials" for how this is done.  Or the material items can be manually selected.

Job Calendar Overview

The Job Calendar allows you to View and assign the Work by day for the choosen land.  This then creates the Work Orders.  The Calendar also displays if any land has Restricted Entry Intervals (REI) active so you can better plan when to assign the current work.

  • Grey shading indicates Restricted Entry Interval
  • Jobs Scheduled display in colors based on Status of the Work Order
