Work Order List

Overview

Daily Work Orders can be created from the Job Schedule (Calendar mode) or entered manually. They describe the Job to be done for the Blocks/Parcels (Variety level) and the estimated amount of Materials to be needed from Inventory.

Understanding the Work Order List

The work order list displays work orders and statuses based on selection criteria. Work Orders are by Barn.

Column definitions:

  • Worker Order - displays the work order number assigned to the created work order.
  • Status - displays the status of the work order
  • Date - displays the date for the work order
  • Barn - displays the Barn associated to that work order
  • Land Property - displays the land property selected for that particular work order
  • Category - displays the category of the work order
  • Type - displays the type of the work order
  • Job - displays the job going to be performed in the work order
  • Job Activity - displays the number of job activities associated with the work order
  • Schedule - displays the Job Schedule Number if the work order was created via the Job scheduled 

 

Understanding Action Icons of the Work Order List Screen

Filter Icons and their descriptions:
Work Order List Icons

  • Magnify glass icon - is used with the filter options above, it allows you to search for the work orders and the given criteria.
  • Printer icon - prints out work order list report
  • Plus icon - allows the user to add a new work order
  • Left arrow icon - allows the user to move the date range to the previous day
  • Right arrow icon - allows the user to move the date range to the next day

 

 Related Icons include:
Active Status
Red icon - allows you to delete the work order
Blue Arrow icon - allows you to convert the work order back into an open status
Printer icon - allows you to print the work order

Processing Status
Printer icon - allows you to print the work order
Blend sheet icon - allows you to relieve inventory through the blend sheet screen

 

Understanding Work Order statuses

•  Open = (Yellow) Work Order not started

•  Active = (Green) Work Order started - either the WPS Report was printed or was manually activated

  •  Processing = (Blue) Work Order has Job Activity data recorded

•  Closed = (White) Work Order has completed Job Activity and the Inventory Blend Sheet has been completed if tracking inventory.
