Overview

This guide will help you understand the Jobs List page and how to create a new Job.

  

 

Description of Jobs List page

The Job List page displays your Jobs according to your categories and type and what items are tracked (material, time, equipment...). You can edit print reports and delete jobs as needed. If a Job has been associated with a work order it cannot be deleted and the delete icon will be greyed out.

 

Below is the Job List page that displays all Jobs according to your filter settings. Please refer to “How to use filters” for more information.

Creating a new Job

 

 New Job

  

  • Select Product (required)
  • Select Category (required)
  • Select Type (required)
  • Enter Job name (required)
  • Enter Job description (required)
  • Select Job unit of measure (UOM) (required)
  • Select Job distribution
  • Select rate choice
  • Enter Job rate
  • Enter Grower rate
  • Status defaults to active
  • Reserved defaults to no
  • Select whether or not material is reguired. If yes is selected material must be entered when creating a work order
  • It material required is yes select how material will be estimated
  • Select if irrigation is tracked
  • Select if Job time is tracked
  • Select if Labor is tracked
  • Select if Equipment is tracked
  • Click green check icon to save the new Job
