Job List

Overview

The Job List page organizes the company’s CTJs into a simple list. The Job List page is accessible with proper authorization and also can be printed out and referred to manually when needed.

 Job List Screen

The Job List page is accessable in CropCare/Job List. It controls how if materials are required, how they are distributed, if labor and or equipment is tracked in a Work Order and Job Activity. You are able to filter the job list screen to display only needed information. If the filters are not populated then all the Jobs entered will be listed on this page. A more detailed explanation for the Job List title categories are listed below.

  
Note: Jobs with a greyed delete icon cannot be deleted because they have been used in a work order

• Product: - The associated product will allow the job to be displayed or tracked through this selection.
• Category: - The type of category the job was created for.
• Type: - The type of job that is being required to perform.
• Job: - The name of the job that is being performed.
• Description: - A brief description of the job.
• Icon: - Default icon assigned.
• Job UOM: - The unit of measure this job will be tracked by.
• Status: - The status of the job.
• Material Required: - Are there any chemicals needed to be applied or not to perform this job?
• Job Time Tracking: - Does the job require time tracking?
• Labor Tracking: - Does the job require labor tracking?
• Equipment Tracking: - Does the job require equipment tracking?

Job List Action Icons

Next to every Job created in LandMagic is a set of three action icons. The icons are listed below with their respected descriptions.

• Pencil Icon - allows the user to edit the Job
• Printer Icon - allows the user to view/print the Job List report
• Delete Icon - allows the user to delete the Job 

**Note: Jobs with a greyed delete icon cannot be deleted because they have been used in a work order**
