Work Order Reporting
Objectives
Overview
The Work Order application offers a few very important reporting options. This article will provide a brief description of each report and how it is used within the software. Some additional details are provided for specific reports that require further explanation due to their nature and function within the software.
General Reporting within LandMagic
Please refer to "General Reporting"for more information on reporting.
The Work Order Report prints out detailed information on the Work Order, including environmental, land, acreage, material, labor and equipment details. Some sections within the Work Order report can be hidden or displayed based on your selection criteria. This allows you to customize the report to show exactly what is important to you and your business. Additional sections within the report are programmatically hidden or displayed based on the CTJ that the Work Order is for.
Example:
If a Work Order is created for a CTJ that does NOT require Materials, then the Work Order Report will not show the Materials section. Please refer to "Categories, Types and Jobs Overview" for more information on CTJs.
How to Print the Work Order Report
The Work Order Report can be generated from two locations. The first place is located at the bottom of the Work Order Application page. There you will find a printer icon. When this icon is hovered over with the mouse, it will display the text "WO Report".
Note: This icon is only visible once the Work Order has been fully submitted to the system. Please refer to "How to Create, Edit and Delete a Work Order " for more information.
1. Click on the Work Order Report Icon at the bottom of the Work Order page.
A popup window will display with two selection options available. As previously mentioned, these options give you the ability to hide or show certain sections of the Work Order Report. Leave these options checked if you would like to display ALL sections or deselect the options that you would like to hide.
2. Once you have selected your options, Click the Printer Icon at the bottom of the popup screen to generate your report.
You will receive a message asking if you want to open or save the report. If you select save, you are prompted to enter the location to save the report. If you select open, the report will open as a PDF file that you can then print.
The second location for printing the Work Order Report is on the Work Order List application page. There you will find the gridview with a column called Work Order. By hovering your mouse over the Work Order number a dropdown menu will display with the Work Order Report Print Icon inside.
1. Hover over the Printer icon to display an additional dropdown menu that contains your report selection options as previously discussed. Make your selections.
2. Click on the Work Order Report Icon to generate your report.
The Blend Sheet Report provides all the information necessary to create a mix of materials. It displays information such as the Inventory Details which includes inventory item descriptions, locations of items, amounts available, amounts needed, etc... The report also provides Mixing Details that include item and tank information as well as mixing sequences. The Blend Sheet report also provides mixing instructions and a sign off sheet for each required tank mix to complete a given job.
How to Print the Blend Sheet Report
The Blend Sheet report is generated from the printer icon located above the materials grid and to the right of the Add materials icon.
Note: This icon is only visible once the Work Order has had materials added to it.
1. Click on the Blend Sheet Report Icon.
WPS (Worker Protection Standard) Report Overview
The WPS Report is your Worker Protection Standard Posting Sheet for your work order. This report displays details specifically about the Work Order’s CTJ, Applicator, Company authorizing the Application, Chemicals being applied and their ingredients, REI (Reentry Intervals), PHI (Pre Harvest Intervals) and the locations on which the job is being performed.
The WPS Report plays an active role in the function of the Work Order application when materials are being used. When a work order is created for a CTJ that requires materials, the work order application requires that a WPS posting sheet is generated in order to move the work order into an active status. Please refer to "Work Order Application Overview" for more information on work order statuses. Alternatively, the WPS report is not required and not available for print when a work order is created for a CTJ that does NOT require materials.
How to Print the WPS Report
The WPS Report is generated from the bottom of the Work Order Application page when a CTJ requires materials. There you will find a printer icon. When this icon is hovered over with the mouse, it will display the text "WPS Report".
Note: This icon is only visible once the Work Order has been fully submitted to the system. Please refer to "How to Create, Edit and Delete a Work Order" for more information. Additionally, the WPS Report cannot be generated until the work order contains materials. An error message will be displayed if you try to generate the WPS Report without first having added materials to the work order. Please refer to "How to Create, Update and Delete Materials in a Work Order" for more information.
1. Click on the WPS Report Icon at the bottom of the Work Order page.
When you click on the WPS Report Icon a popup window is displayed. Two required fields need to be entered in order to generate the WPS Report. The first field is the Certified Applicant dropdown list. The system defaults the selection to the first certified applicant found in the database that is a member of the same work crew as the logged in user. Please refer to "How to Create, Update and Delete a Contact" for more information on adding Certifications and Contacts.
2. Select a Certified Applicant if the default value is not correct.
The second required field is the Job Start Time. The system defaults the Work Order’s date into the date field. This date cannot be changed within the WPS popup window. To change this date, you must change the date of the Work Order itself. The time field can be entered manually or by clicking on the clock icon next to the text box and selecting a time from the dropdown menu.
3. Select a Job Start Time.
4. Click the Check Mark Icon to submit the selected information and to generate the WPS Report.
Note: You can exit the Popup window by clicking on the red X icon in the upper right corner or by clicking on the Cancel Icon next to the Submit Icon.
You will receive a message asking if you want to open or save the report. If you select save, you are prompted to enter the location to save the report. If you select open, the report will open as a PDF file that you can then print.
How to update a WPS Posting sheet
A new WPS Report can be generated for a given Work Order in case a job is canceled or delayed for any reason. To generate a new WPS Report and update the Job Start Time, simply repeat the process above and the system will update all the data.
What is happening in the background?
When the WPS Report is generated, the system is creating an REI record for each land attached to the Work Order. This REI record stores the reentry time for that land. This time is calculated based on the highest Reentry Interval out of all the chemicals used on the Work Order.
Work Order History Report Overview
The Work Order History Report
WPS (Worker Protection Standard) Reentry Report
The WPS Reentry Report provides you with all the work orders that contain a material with an REI (Reentry Interval). This report groups the work orders by Land Area, Block and Parcel. It provides a reentry time for each work order land. If the reentry time is greater than today’s date and time then the report will display the reentry time in RED with a concatenated "(DO NOT ENTER)", otherwise it will display the reentry time in black with a concatenated "(SAFE TO RE-ENTER)". This report can be filtered by Barn, Land Area, Block and From Date. The From Date parameter is required.
How to Print the WPS Reentry Report
The WPS Reentry Report is only accessible from the CropCare application dropdown menu under the Reports section.
1. Hover the mouse over the CropCare application icon at the top of the screen and click on report number 402.
2. Select your desired parameters.
3. Click on the Get Report button to generate the report.
