Objectives
•    Understand the LandMaster Work with Profiles screen

Overview
A ProFile is a record of various vendors, contractors and customers to name a few. The ProFile type may be defined as a Grove Owner, a Vendor, a Contractor, a Customer and many others.  Rather than creating a separate record for each of these ProFile Types, you create one ProFile and add the associated ProFile Types. A ProFile can have multiple ProFile types.


Understand the LandMaster Work with Profiles screen

The Work with ProFiles screen allows you to search for a specific company or filter by a ProFile type. You can also filter it to display only Active or Inactive companies

 

The Work with ProFiles screen displays
•    ProFile –This is the ProFile number
•    ProFile Name - Company Name
•    ProFile Type – Vendor, Customer, Harvester, Etc. Types  associated with this ProFile
•    Address – Company address
•    City – City, state and zip
•    Phone #
•    Fax #
•    Contracts – Any contracts associated with this ProFile.
•    Status -  Either active or inactive
