Overview
Work with Transactions captures closed work order details (Job Activity) along with miscellaneous fees and groups them together for Invoicing to the land owners.


Miscellaneous Function
 
Select the Grower then the Fee to be charged.

Click the Magnify glass to display the Land to be charge the selected fee.  Use the Plus sign to expand the data to the Block / Parcel level if needed and then Select each land to be charged.  T002 only in this example.

 

Click submit to return to prior screen with fee record created.

 
•    Rates pull from Job Rates or Job record but can be over written here.
•    Quantity pulls based on Job setup by Acres or Hours. This can also be over written.

Click Submit to save the data and return to the Fee List screen. Record must be locked so it will print on the Invoice.
