Cost Periods

  
Objective

•    Cost Period - Add
•    Cost Period New Year Data

Overview

   The Cost periods are used with Barn Manager for determining the cost of chemicals.  Usually  these are setup based on Calendar year.

Cost Period - Add 

    Select the starting month of the cost periods and click Plus sign.

This will create 12 months with Start and End dates of that particular Month.

Cost Period - New Year Data

   Prior Periods must be closed before new year data can be created.

   Update each Period record to Close status then click Plus sign to generate new year
