Objectives
•    Understand the work with tickets screen

Overview
The work with tickets screen will give you a quick overview of recent tickets. Using the filter you are able to filter tickets to view only pertinent tickets in you search.


Work with Tickets screen:

Filter Section:
Season: allows you to choose the season
Ticket Date: select date the ticket was created
To: end date
Ticket No.: allows you to search for a specific ticket number
Destination: select the ticket destination if known
Hauler: select the hauler if known
Harvester: select the harvester if known
Status: allows the user to view specific set of statuses for ticket display
Variety: allows the user to select the variety

Work with Ticket Screen

The Work with Tickets screen displays the following information:

  • Ticket Number: Number assigned to ticket
  • Status: Current status of the ticket
  • Ticket Date: Date ticket was created
  • Split ticket: Indicated if ticket is a split ticket/load, yes or no
  • Contract number: Contract associated with ticket
  • Varieties: Varieties harvested on a ticket
  • Parcel(s): Land Parcels harvested on a ticket
  • Destination: Where fruit is being sent
  • Hauler: Company assigned to haul load associated with the ticket
  • Harvester: Company that harvested fruit
  • Test results: Has test results been downloaded from CitraNet or posted manually, yes or no
