Equipment List Screen Overview
This article will help you understand the information displayed on the Equipment list page and the use of the information buttons.
To add a new Equipment to inventory Please refer to “How to add Equipment” for more information.

 

Using the filters at the top of screen allows for details to be limited to certain records.

Column Headings:

•    Equipment Number – your designated number for this equipment
•    Description – Equipment description
•    Barn – Barn associate to this equipment
•    Make – The make of the equipment
•    Model – Displays the model of equipment
•    Model Year – Displays model year
•    Usage – The amount of usage the equipment has
•    UOM – The unit of measure of the equipment
•    Status – Whether its in-service or not
•    Asset No. – The asset number assigned

Add a new record via the Plus sign

Edit / Delete record by hovering over the Equipment no. and using the popups.
